 with guest Chef's like Rick Bayless, Agustin Gayton and John Ash among others.
  My commitment to creating great unique chili flavors begins with balancing distinct chile peppers with complimentary spices. 
Our travels for the finest chile powders has taken us to New Mexico, Texas and our home State of California insuring the chile peppers and powders we buy
 are what they claim to be;
ground pure without seeds or stems.
Our continuing goal is to create the highest quality unique chili flavors in a traditional style to be enjoyed by the chili lover.

The Tree Huggin' Hippie Chili Factory is a place where we take seriously, but have fun creating new flavors for the great dish of "Chili". 
 Preparing a new blend for a cook off is an indication of how we can either improve that blend or simply realize we have a flavor that will be a winner to be enjoyed by our customers.
