I had some extra beef tenderloin at Christmas time so, before cooking, I trimmed it off for a later meal. Two days later, we had the most amazing beef fajitas with just a little oil and a couple Tbs. of New Mexaluma powder. Simple and delicious! Works equally well as an add-in with chicken.
